A Day in the Park

We enjoyed a day at Balboa Park with Johnny's family. This is our country's largest urban park and is also called the "Smithsonian of the West" because it contains 15 museums. There we went to an Organ concert at the Great Spreckels Organ Pavilion, the largest outdoor organ in the world. Since 1917 this organ has been played once a week to this very day, except in WWII. It was a very unique experience. This collage also contains a couple pictures of a huge fig tree, possibly the largest in the world, but I'll have to research that some more.

Wow, how beautiful. Hey which version of Picasa do you have? There is a new version, called Picasa 3 and it has even more ways to do collages, so you can do ones like Sarah and me. I know you want to be cool like us, right? ha ha

I love Balboa park. We've never been backstage at the organ though. You'll have to show it to me one of these Sundays.

I have Picasa 2, Mashel. I guess I'll have to download 3 so I can be cool too. :-) Yes, we will definitely have to go to the concert, Sarah. You won't regret it!
